Biography
Nusrat is based in Toronto and is an Underwriting Counsel for Liberty GTS’ transactional risk practice in Canada. Nusrat’s expertise includes cross-border mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments across various sectors, including bank and financial institutions, gaming and hospitality, and technology, media and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Nusrat practiced as a corporate associate in the Toronto offices of Bennett Jones LLP. Nusrat received her Hon. B.Sc. from The University of Toronto and her M.A. from The Norman Patterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University. Nusrat also holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and is admitted to the bar in the Province of Ontario.
