Biography
Louise is the Head of Nordics for Liberty GTS.
Prior to being appointed Head of Nordics, Louise was a Senior Underwriter based in Liberty GTS’s London office.
Louise graduated from the University of Lund with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) and a BSc in Business and Economics in 2013 and thereafter joined the Swedish law firm Vinge, where she focused on private equity transactions and M&A across a range of industries and sectors in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as financial and regulatory matters. Louise also spent nine months in 2017-2018 working in the M&A department at the London based law firm Travers Smith. Since joining Liberty GTS in 2018 Louise has underwritten numerous primary deals in the Nordics and Europe.
