Biography
Brittani is the Head of the Western Zone for Liberty Mutual’s Global Transaction Solutions (GTS) team where she has worked for more than seven years. Based in Southern California, she is primarily responsible for representations and warranties insurance underwriting for the Western United States, including structuring, underwriting, and negotiating transactional insurance solutions for mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries, as well as business development. Brittani draws on extensive transactional experience from her earlier career as a corporate attorney advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients - on both public and private deals - in sectors including food, finance, life sciences, entertainment, media, and healthcare. She has also been involved in numerous multi‑billion‑dollar transactions, bringing proven experience managing complex, high‑value deals.
An active participant in the professional community, Brittani frequently participates in industry conferences and has spoken on panels, sharing insights on transactional insurance and market trends. She is the recipient of Liberty Mutual’s GRS Elite Underwriting Award in recognition of her underwriting excellence and contributions to the business.
Brittani joined Liberty GTS in 2018 after practicing as a corporate associate in New York City at Winston & Strawn LLP, Goodwin Procter LLP, and DLA Piper LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a JD from Columbia University Law School. Brittani is admitted to practice law in New York and is licensed as a property and casualty insurance producer in California.
