Biography
Ivan is an Underwriter based in Liberty’s New York office focusing on complex merger and acquisition transactions in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Before joining Liberty GTS, he practiced as a corporate and regulatory compliance attorney at Rimon PC and DLA Piper LLP, where he gained extensive experience in cross-border regulatory matters, SPAC transactions, FCPA investigations, and CFIUS compliance. Ivan has a proven ability to take a knotty issue and distill it to the essence. He holds a J.D. from Moscow State University and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
