Biography
Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Luca spent seven years in private practice, developing a particular focus on the insurance market by advising insurance companies on a broad range of transactional, corporate and regulatory matters. His experience includes negotiating and drafting Warranty & Indemnity insurance policies, advising on insurance-related M&A transactions, and providing regulatory advice on a broad range of insurance matters.
He worked as a qualified lawyer at Chiomenti and, previously, at Molinari Law Firm. Luca began his legal career as a trainee in the Insurance department of CMS, where he also gained experience in insurance litigation and claims handling. He also completed a four-month secondment to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Crédit Agricole Vita and Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni.
Luca graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in law from Roma Tre University and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2022.
