Biography
Michelle is an Executive General Adjuster at Liberty GTS, where she focuses on handling transactional liability claims in the Americas. Prior to joining the team, Michelle served for several years as the lead Claims Manager for an MGA specializing in representations and warranties insurance. Earlier in her career, she held litigation and contracts roles across a range of industries including leisure, fashion, oil and gas, and convenience stores. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University and holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
