Biography
Soyoung is a Tax Underwriter in Liberty GTS’s New York office. Prior to joining Liberty, she was an M&A Tax Manager at a Big Four accounting firm, where she advised financial and strategic buyers and sellers on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including tax due diligence, corporate restructurings, financings, and repatriations. Soyoung earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree from Waseda University. Soyoung is admitted to practice in New York.
