Biography
Tony joined Liberty in 2026 as an Underwriter, bringing 18 years' international legal experience from a top tier law firm and global corporate in-house teams across APAC, the Middle East and Europe. He has advised clients on major M&A, project development, infrastructure, and corporate finance transactions.
Tony started his career at Ashurst, in London and Singapore, before moving in-house with Mubadala Energy (an arm of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala). He then spent several years as General Counsel of a private equity-backed energy business before moving into the property-technology sector, where he led the legal team of a digital classifieds business through its NYSE listing, subsequent take-private and delisting.
Tony graduated from University College London in 2006 before completing his GDL and LPC at BPP University.
