Biography
Victoria’s expertise includes mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments across various sectors, including software, industrial and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Victoria practiced as a corporate associate in the New York offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher for nearly six years. Victoria holds a BA from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
