LONDON (02 July 2025) – Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Hilary Weiss to Head of Americas, effective immediately.
Weiss joined Liberty Mutual in 2018 as Associate Vice President, Americas M&A before moving to Liberty GTS in 2021 as Head of the company’s Eastern Zone. In March this year she was also appointed Head of Representation and Warranties Insurance (RWI) for Liberty GTS.
Weiss will report into both Rowan Bamford, President at Liberty GTS and Matt Dolan, President of North American Specialty at Liberty Mutual.

Before joining Liberty, she held underwriting and insurance specialist roles, most recently at XL Catlin. She qualified as a lawyer in 2014 with a degree from Brooklyn Law School.
