LONDON (8 June 2022) – Liberty Global Transaction Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey Lee as the Liberty GTS Regional Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC), continuing to report to William Lewis, Head of Asia Pacific for Liberty GTS.
Geoffrey is a qualified solicitor specializing in corporate M&A, having previously established his legal career with DLA Piper in Sydney and in London. Geoffrey has been with the Liberty GTS team since 2014. He was initially based in Sydney before being seconded to Hong Kong in 2016 to expand our business in North Asia. Following his secondment, Geoffrey returned to Australia in 2019 to manage the Australia and New Zealand region. During this period he has also continued to underwrite a broad portfolio of M&A risks, with a focus on China and Hong Kong.
Geoffrey will now take on a broader role, managing the Asia Pacific region for Liberty GTS. Geoffrey will primarily look to align our regional appetite and our regional go to market strategy.
