LONDON (4 August 2025) – Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has promoted Jason Remsen to the role of Head of East, Americas. He will be based in New York City.
Remsen has extensive experience as a corporate attorney representing private equity and corporate clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, he was a corporate associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP and previously practiced at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Jason received his BA in English from Cornell University and his JD from Tulane University Law School. Jason is admitted to practice in New York.
Remsen will report to Hilary Weiss, Head of Americas at Liberty GTS. Commenting on his appointment, Weiss said: "We're delighted to name Jason as our new Head of East.
